The staff at the front desk were lovely and professional, but the room smelled like smoke even when it was not a smoking room, and the cleaning was not good in this room.

It's more of a motel than a hotel. Clean room, clean washroom. At this price it's more than decent. There was no breakfast buffet even for purchase. Only ala carte. Buffet would have been much more convenient especially with kids.
