I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Upon arrival, I was greeted with fantastic service, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. As a nice surprise, I was offered a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch and really enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this place for both the excellent service and the comfortable accommodations. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I didn't like the $20/day extra fees per room charged that weren't included clearly in the Expedia booking info/charge from the beginning. This isn't exactly the hotel's fault but they should coordinate with Expedia better. They suggested at the front desk at check out that I should have booked directly with them and that I join their hotel group. Not a helpful response. I book with Expedia to get points to stay at a range of places and I would have appreciate more clarity. Otherwise everyone was amazing and we had a great stay. Just read the fine print.

great place to stay downtown

Exceptional hotel with great service. We did not like a few minor things - no ice machine available for guests. We had to have ice delivered every time we needed it. This took around 45 minutes. The casting from our phone was hard to figure out. There is no dishwasher or dish cleaning supplies so it was impossible to clean our dishes. And I have no idea how they are cleaned between guests? Are they replaced with clean ones?
