The staff is amazing. Professional while being personable. The only real issue was dining. If you advertise that you can get a meal up until 10:00PM local time. There can be a foul smell in the elevator. The free breakfast was nice. The coffee was amazing. I loved the hotel. It was very intimate. The location is in Latin Quarter, an amazing local neighborhood. I loved it!

Great hotel stay! After a long flight delay, we arrived quite late in the evening but front desk checked us in quickly and efficiently. First first impression of the room... nicely furnished, very clean, cozy in the good way. Linens were all in great shape and smelled like home washed laundry instead of the usual harsh chemicals. Really liked the shampoo, conditioner and body wash but there was no body lotion provided. Blow dryer was basic but worked well enough. Room could be improved with some extra hooks for hanging towels and robes. As others mentioned, some fairly constant knocking sounds in the walls (pipes??) that could be problematic for some.... I'm a light sleeper but didn't bother me. A/C worked great and we barely heard a peep from any other guests. Hotel serves a nice breakfast and specialty coffee to order.... Nice way to start the day! Property is also close to two metro stations making it incredibly easy to get around. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful building, great staff, and with an ideal location. Rooms were very clean and updated. The staff were attentive to everyone that stayed there and always went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We have stayed in a few locations in Montreal throughout the years, however this spot exceeds the mark. Will be staying here again.

This hotel is in an excellent location and very central. The accommodation is stylish and well cared for and the service was very friendly and courteous. The room is a nice size, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent and included. Highly recommend.

It’s amazing what passes for city view these days! I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I feel like I was completely deceived by my booking. I rented a deluxe suite city view and was given a room facing a cement wall. I specifically rented this room for the view. Upon arrival, I was told that they were fully booked and that if I was to return to the hotel, I should contact the hotel directly to specify that I want a view of the city. Who would have thought that I would need to specify that I wanted a view of the city when booking a room called deluxe suite city view? I want to say that the staff is very pleasant and welcoming, the included breakfast was nice and the decor lovely. If you do decide to book this hotel, which I will not be doing in the future, it’s noteworthy that the rooms do not have charging docks that I could find, they don’t supply bubble bath for their large soaker tub, nor do they have any lotion. They also don’t have a public ice machine and the rooms are not equipped with coffee machines.

The place is really clean and the view was good! It was really close to pretty much everything. During our stay the metro was on strike, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying Montreal and enjoying how close the bar strip of Saint Laurent was or the Latin Quarter
