Was a great headquarters for our Montreal trip, nice and close to the Bell Centre for hockey games and uber made bopping through the city easy. Krema coffee was a nice way to start our mornings too!

,As far as Fairmonts go, this one is getting a little tired and in need of a refresh, but our stay was great nonetheless. I wanted to mention to the hotel that the valet service is TERRIBLE. We called 15 min in advance, as recommended by the front desk, and waiting 45 minutes for our car and ended up being 30 minutes late for an appointment. I would like a refund on the valet service.

Our room was cute and comfortable, they upgraded us to a city view, thankyou!!! We got breakfast in bed our last morning and it was perfection. Quickest roomservice i have ever ordered and came to us so hot still! Staff all made us feel at ease and taken care of. Skwanky experience and excellent location!

Great family hotel

The kids stayed here for a weekend and it did not dissapoint. They said it was clean, plenty of towels (they loved the robes), conveniently located and best of all they felt safe.
