This was a lovely, newly renovated hotel well situated for those wanting to go to a concert or game at Bell Center. It was also very easy to get to via a transit from the airport, metro or via rail.

I forgot my bracelet in my room and I informed the hotel about an hour after I checked out . I was told they couldn’t find it as the room was cleaned already and nothing was found . It’s obviously the lady who cleaned my room had stolen it :(

All the amenities and comfort ( including great room, comfortable beds/ bedding, lobby bar, food and Starbucks) with unbearable LOCATION for any Bell Centre event. We literally walked out the door and crossed the street to get in the line to enter the center . Perfect! Late check out for Marriot members (1pm) is a wonderful bonus! Walking distance easily to all shops and restaurants on Ste- Catherine street and connected underground and above- ground centers ( La Cathedrale, Eaton Center etc etc)

The Good: Great location near shops, restaurants & pharmacy. Very nice gym. Great views from our room & a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby. The Bad: The entrance to the parking garage was blocked off due to roadwork & the hotel did not provide information about how to access the garage, which caused some frustration when we first arrived. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. Note: Hotels.com listed “laundry available” but note this hotel only provides dry cleaning services. The hotel allowed us to modify our reservation to leave one day early, as we were running out of clothes & there was no laundry mat near the hotel.
