No parking, they told us to park more than a 15 mins walk away in a rainy day (over 30 mins round trip). No water and empty tap water bottle was dirty. No coffee (I saw so many customers were looking for some water & coffee), we had an injured family member but there wasn't even basic first aid available. our reservation was for non-smoking room, but it reeks of cigarette and gave me a headache. Terrible family trip experience, and it was so disappointed!!

Good location, clean room, comfortable, excellent breakfast but only reason why I didn’t rate it as excellent is the parking not on site or very limited space and was already full when we checked in at around 5:30pm. They do really well explain how to reach the safest and closest parking but we had to walk 7 minutes to the hotel back after midnight… glad it wasn’t in winter and I wasn’t alone. Apart from that, all was wonderful!

The hotel was very clean and a great walkable distance from the Old Port. The off site parking was easily accessible. Overall, the staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was great!

The location is very convenient and the check-in | check-out were very fast. The only thing we didn't like was an employee at the breakfast on Saturday morning, she was the only female and her name was Frida or Pia. Maybe she was going through a lot or having a bad day but her behavior was extremely unfriendly. We asked her a couple of questions regarding some breakfast items and she was very rude. Plus, at 10:30 am when she was cleaning everything she didn't care about the hotel clients. She was just slamming the breakfast items.

The team at the reception was extremely helpful and so friendly. The room is clean and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast buffet is average but includes different opinions. The location is superb, 8-10 min walk to old Montreal. The hotel is next to a metro station.
