Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the included breakfast was a plus and the staff was friendly & helpful. The only suggestion we have is to be sure the website is updated. There was only valet parking or at a location that was a 5-6 minute walk away.

It was a nice room with a good breakfast and its proximity to the bus depot and train station made it easy to get to our destinations.

We went on a weekend family trip and reserved a suite for three. However, the room didn’t resemble a suite at all. During our stay, it was never cleaned, and we ran out of towels. The breakfast was poor, with very limited options. On the positive side, the staff at the reception was very nice. However, on our second day, we asked for a cappuccino at the bar while having breakfast and the lady refused to make it, directing us instead to the self-service coffee station. I don’t believe a cappuccino is too much to ask for when you pay $250 per night. With all options Montreal has, I believe you can find better.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were close to both bus and subway stops and only a 20 minute walk to Old Montreal. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious with plenty of options for everyone in our group. We had a great long weekend here and will definitely recommend. We hope to be back ourselves!

Supposed to have on site parking for $25/night. Lot was full so we paid $40/night. And 10mb wifi? Come on, in this day and age, you can do better than that.
