Not much option for breakfast, no microwave in the room, no water or boiler for tea/coffee. Room is pretty small for 3 people, otherwise it was clean, everything was walking distance, which was plus for someone visiting with no car.

Not a good stay, poor reception staff

Not a good experience. The reception staff are inexperienced and kept on making a comedy of errors which at one point irritated me but kept my cool. Location great. Restaurant great. Clean rooms. The underground garage a huge PLUS with the water source available for vehicle rinsing and rinsing of the snow covered foot wear. Elevator dingy/dirty and creaky and slow. Some towels in the rooms smell and burnt room light bulbs and non functional room phone. Garage fee of 35 CAD/day is too much. Main concern is the inexperienced reception staff who were not of help compared to other hotels.

Great location and a poor reception staff

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I typically stay at the SENS hotel. Because it was the Valentine's day weekend, my usual hotel was booked way in advance and I had to stay at this hotel. I like the location and the parking available underground. Also I was staying at the time of the snow storm (blizzard) on 17Feb2025 and the availability of ample underground parking plus a water spout in the garage to rinse off vehicles was a plus. Also the location is closer the IGA the grocery store which is convenient. The complimentary breakfast is also great but could be better. The restaurant is well managed by the person admitting people in to the restaurant daily and maintaining the dress code and order. The elevators are slower and creaky. Dirty mats/floor of the elevators. It appears that no one is cleaning the small/dingy elevators. The reception staff could be better. Most of them are either inexperience or new hires who do not know how to check in/be of assistance to the clients. I eventually had 3 separate reservations and all paid for fully and two rooms. The reception staff (one tall Chinese girl and one small black girl with curly hair) need training to be at the reception. The Chinese girl called me asking whether I have another reservation as I need to check out. I said, I have 3 separate reservations back to back. It was surprising to me as this is the same person whom I had spoken earlier in the day regarding the nonactivated keys that I was given by the same.

Hotel and services excellent! Just complaning about the continental breakfast, pictures shows amazing products, but when you are there, is very poor, just a few items like gas station, (no continental sorry)

Overall, we really had a pleasant stay. Staff and Customer Service is exceptional, and the location is very convenient. However, the bed feels a little worn out, it’s already dented in the middle and your feet may raise a bit due to this. It feels kinda weird laying in a bed that constantly reminds you there are a ton of people that have laid there. Plus, I wish there’s a better selection for breakfasts. I love croissants as much as the next guy, but I just wish there’s more variety. But overall, highly recommended place especially for a short stay.
