I admit that I was frustrated and confused checking in after a 5 hour flight, when I suddenly had $200 less, when I saw BUGS ON MY WALL and told them, and had moved rooms *already* but that is no excuse for a HOSPITALITY business to be short, rude, and sarcastic with their guests.
I booked TWO nights and ended up in THREE rooms. The place was unclean, unprofessional, predatory, and an absolute nightmare to deal with. The front desk staff are unprofessional and rude, and they refused my request for a one night refund. I’ve stayed at better roadside motels. This is honestly disgraceful. Save your money and your peace of mind and don’t stay here.
