Nice staff, but charged each of us $4 for placing each Carry-On in large room waiting a few hoyrs for check-in seems odd. Restaurant under construction so no nuce area to enjoy in mornings or evenings with beverages. Across from Chinatown. Many drug addicted people and homeless just a block away. Not an area we're going back to .

Rooms were great but parking has no elevator to the main lobby. Hard to get your suite cases up the stairs.

There are extensive renovations happening right now so many of the common spaces were closed. It was good for the value we paid and 15 min walk to old Montreal. No elevator to the parking area which made things harder esp with all the baggages that come with having a newborn.

Asked for a map for easier directions, manager came across as very condescending and refused me one. I told her when I was here a week before I was given a map. Again, refused. I walked past the desk not long after to see maps out and available once again.

Staff were friendly. But the service wasn’t great. Had to go down to the front desk for towels and toilet paper. There was no room service for our 3 night stay.

Near by everything. China town is less than 10 mins walk, Old Montreal is 15 mins walk and IGA is just near by also. A McDonalds is 4 to 6 mins walk. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. A bit dated but location is perfect for us.

Pros: staff are kind. Cleaning staff are on top of making sure the property is clean. Cons: the property is majorly run down. From no lobby furniture (nothing), to a falling apart elevator, to terrible paint jobs to cover up old’ness, to a room door that doesn’t close, to a room AC unit that is so loud. I would not stay here again.
