It appears that as a result of high vehicle theft in the area, a security gate system has been installed. Novotel now charges a daily parking rate of 50$ which is not advertised nor explained on check-in. I was frankly disappointed that this charge was not flagged or explained.

Extremely polite and friendly staff! Very quite location. My room was very spacious and super clean. They have shampoo conditioner and shower gel in the shower. I would definitely stay again. A++
