The room was clean and beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They serve a continental breakfast waiting out your door in the morning. I needed it to be gluten free and they had a substitute. Also the restaurant was very good. Make room for the souffle dessert!

Hotel is not at all 4 start as shown by Expedia which is very disappointing, it has no 4 star facilities other than a fine dining restaurant and the amount Hotel is charging for the stay and the facilities i am sure there are better options. Continental breakfast is not a breakfast at all it's just croissant, butter and Juice. Expedia kindly remove the star from the hotel

Beautiful hotel! We had a great 3 night stay in old montreal at Hotel Bonaparte. Centrally located, we walked everywhere without needing to move our car (conveniently parked right next door). We dined in their restaurant the first night and it was an amazing dinner. Staff was friendly, room and shared spaces were clean and despite being in the room right next to the elevator, we didn't hear a peep any night. The breakfast was filling and delicious each morning -- what a treat! I would gladly return!

This hotel is the perfect location for walking to many shops, restaurants, and attractions in the Old Port, yet it’s also very quiet and comfortable. The hardwood floors make the rooms extra clean and the windows in the rooms open to let in fresh air. The staff is extremely committed to making sure you have a great experience. The cherry on top is the complimentary breakfast that is delivered to your room each morning!

Breakfast is far from "gourmet" but if you have no other options it's not the worst thing I've had. Wifi was also very slow with a spotty connection. Other than those the hotel is in a great location and well managed.
