We chose this hotel because of its location; walking distance to downtown and old Montreal (20 minutes either way). Staff were helpful, no issues with WIFI connection but limited channels to watch on TV. Tried mirroring from my phone but TV was not compatible. Computer setup in the room was a bonus, you could stream and watch on the large monitor. Continental breakfast was really nice and fresh; a good variety of fruit, yoghurt, cereals, pastries, breads, and condiments. I should mention the cleanness of our room; found a few hair on the wall in the bathroom. The rest of the room looked fine. I would stay again!

I never checked in. The front desk clerk saud that because I have no credit card, I cant check in. I want a refund of $227.40 that I paid online to Expedia. It was paid by debit. If you dont refund me Im calling the police and charging Expedia and this hotel with theft, filing a lawsuit, notifying the public.

The hotel was an excellent find. The staff were friendly, the rooms were quiet, and the fact that a hotel that didn’t cost very much as far as Montreal standards go, took the time to make sure the rooms were kept clean every day with fresh linen, and cleaning everything in the room. A welcome change from other hotels that only clean when requested now. Definitely would go back again.
