Overall the hotel was pretty average with absolutely no customer service. Check in is on a screen in the lobby. You cant speak to someone regarding your stay. The one receptionist0 that was there was extremely rude and not willing to help. They actually ticketed me for $97 for parking longer than 15 minutes at the side of the hotel. This was absolutely ridiculous that the hotel purposely tried to get you a parking violation with the city. This to me just goes to show how much they really care about their customers. There are hundreds of better locations if youbwant some customer service.

Awesome location and modern hotel

Amazing location minutes away from Chinatown and Old Montreal. Valet service was handy in a super busy area and relatively inexpensive. Nice hotel. Would definitely return.

I will stay there again. The bodega across the street, the Tim Hortons and BK in the adjacent building were convenient. The staff and accommodations were great except our room has no microwave. The waterfall shower and the view were fantastic.

Cute boutique hotel. Beautifully designed. Nice central and walkable location. The rooms are small but nicely appointed. Large windows in room helps with making it feel larger. Not the best for working in - desk is too low; but the lobby has areas for you to sit and work quietly if need be. Staff were friendly. Breakfast options were very good, had to pay extra for stronger coffee at breakfast, but was worth it. Would stay here again:
