“They were very kind to pick us up from the airport, especially since our flight was delayed and we were exhausted and carrying many suitcases. The service upon arrival was very good, but the service from Mr. Otilio —who is Latino and spoke Spanish— in the breakfast area was excellent: very attentive and friendly. I would definitely come back many times.”

Great hôtel! Very confortable, clean and spacious room! The pool area is beautiful; pool was closed but we were just in and out, so not enough time to use it. The shuttle was reliable and so convenient!

The shuttle forgot us at the airport. Called twice and was told both times it was on its way. After waiting for over an hour got back to the hotel and saw the shuttle van just sitting there parked... it never left.
