Our familiy had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were all very welcoming. It's well set up to accomodate families like us with younger child. Gym is well equiped. My child loved the swimming pool. Location is convenient. It's clean and comfortable with sound proofed walls. We would definately recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

The check in was fast, the staff were friendly. They had a welcome gift bags for my dogs. A nice touch. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and nice linens and towels. A great location, walkability score 10/10. I highly recommend this property and will be returning next year

I was very disappointed that i did not get the room that i booked. They explained that they had issues with housekeeping. Instead of 2 queen beds i got the room with 2 single beds. The staff gave us a free parking for inconvinience and 10 dollars in Marriott points. I understand we got something for inconvenience, but why did we get charged for 2 days for a more expensive room, not the cheaper one they placed us in ??? This was disappointing from the hotel...

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Montreal and to McGill campus where we were dropping-off our daughter. The staff is extremally friendly and tries hard to accommodate. We will stay there again. I've had better breakfast buffets and better tasting coffee that can be improved.
