I liked the fact that this property was within walking distance to the Place des Artes and to many resstaurants. Transportation was readily available.

Location is good

Pros: Location is great. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very nice.
Cons: The overall maintenance of the hotel could be improved.
I picked the hotel for its location. It was great that you could walk everywhere. The room was nice, but I noticed that there was no mini fridge. Overall, the hotel seemed to lack in care and maintenance - the hallway carpets were dirty, the walls were scuffed, the stairwell steps were rusted, etc. The most annoying thing was that there are only 3 elevators (that service something like 10 floors) and only 1 elevator seemed to be working. Guests weren't informed about the elevator issue. Taking the stairs to the lobby was confusing because you had to go through different corridors and then 2 different sets of steps just to get to the lobby. However, the stairs were still preferable to waiting 10-15 minutes for the elevator. As a side note, I order the salad nicoise from room service and it was not very good. The dressing was basically mayonnaise, the potatoes were undercooked, and for some reason the capers were fried.

Rien il y avais des infiltration deau dans la chambre la tpilette et le bain etait pas propre ls hotel nous m'a volé en plus du prix de la chambre de 201$ lhotel ma volé deix fois 150 dollars 300$ sur ma carte de crédit...☠
