My only choice when flying in or out of Calgary and needing a good night rest. Always clean, good service, shuttle service is great, restaurant is not overpriced . And theres a steam room in some of the rooms....

I stayed at this hotel near the end of August. On my final night, I saw a bed bug crawling in my bed at 11:30pm. Attached is the photo. I reported this to the front desk, showing the photo. The front desk attendants said they do not believe it is a bed bug. We went up to my room. I inspected some more and saw several in the seams of the bench at the foot of the bed. I showed this to the attendants. They took pictures of the bedbugs and took steps to vacate me out of the room. They said the hotel was at maximum capacity and there were no rooms available for me. I waited in the lobby as they looked for other nearby hotels for me. At 1:40am, after finding another hotel proved difficult, they told me, they actually did have another room available. As I had a flight early the following day, I had no choice but to stay in the room provided. Although I did not see any live bed bugs, I did see droppings and carcasses behind the mattress. The following morning, I spoke to the hotel supervisor. The supervisor said he will get an outside inspector to inspect the room for bed bugs before they can issue any sort of refund. The supervisor said he looked himself and did not see any bed bugs. I do not believe any outside inspection was done as you can see in other reviews, this is a reoccurring issue that has never been addressed. I never received a refund or follow up. Besides this, I saw mice running around in the hotel lobby. Please avoid at all costs!

The hotel interior was not well maintained and looked worn out. Stains everywhere on the floor in our hotel room.The location of the hotel was very close to a homeless camp/area, which was not very comfortable. Some of the staff didn’t even speak English.

Very friendly staff. One of our two rooms wasn't fully cleaned and had some maintenance issues, so they moved us pretty quickly to another, even on a busy week (F1 race in June). It's a short walk to the metro station, and there are lots of great restaurants, shops, and clubs near the hotel. The rooms all seem to be somewhat unique, and are oddly shaped - clearly, some creativity went into laying out the building.

My experience was bad: 1) check-in was late (~40 mins) 2) parking instructions were unclear and confusing 3) front of the property is not clean, there were bees and wasps, my dog got stung by wasp in the entrance inside the property, we had to take our dog to emergency vet clinic where we ended up staying for ~3 hrs 4) at times, entrance door automatic (accessibility push button) did not work.

Was an ok stay. I stayed for 2 nights. The 1st day, even though a room cleaning was requested, the cleaning was barely done, no garbages taken out, towels not fully replace. And the check out day, the elevators to access our room was not available due to some external moving. None of the notice was provided in any way; which made cheking out and also accessing my room a little tedious.

One elevator, took a long time to get to each floor and once a guest is on it, it goes to every floor before reaching the lobby. There’s no water in the rooms, and the tab water is hot, when you called the reception they would say go to the basement and fill the bucket with ice. Even if the AC is turned off the room is still freezing cold. No good television programs, tvs are old and you can’t even connect to any show platforms. There’s parties every night and the lobby was always full of people at night time. It was awful.
