Very cool post-modern hotel, all black and chrome. Excellent location, very helpful staff, the best price in that quartier de Montreal. If you're down with minimalism, this is your hotel.

Nice Hotel but Don't Expect Much

The staff are very sweet and helpful! The location is also very good. The Overall stay was fairly comfortable except there were NO amenities. I realize it was the holiday season, but you can and should expect that people are going to want to have room service or at least the option to go to the hotel bar for a small bite or have a drink. The room's fridge was EMPTY!!! Not even water! I think these few things are what makes someone feel comfortable...and I'm not a hotel snob. But I would've appreciated the option...and if you're not going to provide these things...be upfront on your website or along with your price so that it's clear what you're getting for the price. I would've stayed elsewhere just to get those things.

Montreal and pick pockets

Pros: Clean and simple.
Location: old DT Montreal, Notre Dame, and St. Catherine street
Hotel was fine, and within walking distance of old downtown Montreal. Unfortunately, Montreal is grittier than expected and will not be returning to this city. Wallet lifted out of my Gucci tote in a Crepe eatery on st. Catherine street. Unreal. These pick pocket idiots have no idea what they are doing to the tourist industry. Did not expect this kind of unsavory ordeals from Montreal.

Not the best

Pros: The hotel staff was very pleasant and attentive. It is located within decent walking distance to both downtown and Old Montreal attractions. Or a short Uber ride to everything else.
Cons: The room was clean enough, however, there were stains on the curtains and shades that were concerning. We had wine one night and a drop spilled on the table, the spill was still there the next evening after the maids had come through. The walls were so thin that we were woken up at 4:30 AM by our neighbors, the hotel staff was very attentive and came straight upstairs to deal with the noise level. But when we went to check out we could clearly hear the person on the phone and the TV going. So it wasn't the fact that they were being loud but rather the walls being so thin it sounded as if our neighbors were in our room with us.
