The breakfast was fairly terrible. I did it twice because of the weather but otherwise, I should have avoided it. The exercise room was functional but the bike had a broken piece and there wasn't enough space on the floor for me to do my thing. Towels were missing one time. It worked but wasn't great. The lounge wasn't open in the evening. Not a terrible thing since the hotel is downtown with an awesome nightlife but the weather made going out seem like a bad idea.

The microwave and refrigerator in the room proved to be very convenient. The property is centrally located in downtown near lots of restaurants, and very close to the venues I had bought for tickets for at the jazz festival. It's also located 2 blocks from an IGA market that saved me some money on eating out every day. I will be definitely be returning there for next year's jazz fest.

It is in a good location and easy to walk to a lot of great venues in downtown Montreal. The room was very hip and cozy but it was fine for just one night.
