Location excellent. Breakfast is good but the cafeteria was VERY crowded with no available tables. You are not allowed to take dishes out of the breakfast room, so we missed breakfast a couple of days. It appears the reason why is they were providing breakfast to youth athletic teams that were staying in the hotel around the corner. One morning we saw at LEAST forty kids walk out of their hotel and file into our hotel. The bathroom tub did not drain properly so you had to stand in a tub of water when showering. In the second room we booked the bathtub faucet diverter wasn't working properly so again, a tub of water while only getting a trickle of water for your shower. I reported the issues but they were not fixed during our stay. You need key cards to come into the building and to leave the building. My son left with his key card and when checking out they charged us $34. I understand key cards are not cheap, but I thought it a little unreasonable that they would let me return it and then be refunded. Especially given the substandard conditions of the bathrooms during our 4 night stay and the purposeful overcrowding.

It was clean enough, I just took one star out because I have a very high standard in cleaners. Morning breakfast was great. If you are to visit with your children, this place would be a great choice for you.

The location was good and the breakfast was fantastic. The only negative is that they did not have a place to store luggage when we arrived early. You had to walk 3 blocks and pay to store your luggage - $8.00/ piece.

I was very skeptical but pleasantly surprised. Great choice if you are just seeking a spot to spend minimal time in ( shower and sleep ). Close to everything important ( bars, restos, mall, old port). I was concerned it would be noisy but it was quiet. The only downside was the bed. If you are exhausted it’s fine but not a bed to just lay lay in due to the bed being a bit hard. Shocked at how good the breakfast was. If on a budget I would definitely stay here again. Don’t park in the underground lot beside the residence it’s sketchy. I parked two black behind where it was a more secure lot with lots of space.

My family stayed at this property for five nights. We like everything about the property except the height of the beds. The location is excellent, breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is spotless. The room has two tiny rooms with a small shared area. The height of the beds are high in order to accommodate two storage cabinets under each bed. For a petite person like myself having a height of 5’-2”. it is not easy to climb up the bed. I need to step up to the bed using a tiny side table. The couch in the common area is not a comfortable one either. I guess, the room encourages occupants stay out of the room, except for sleep. Overall, I like the property, good value for the money. I will choose a room more carefully next time.

Check in was decently easy, but the rooms don’t have a TV. I didn’t think they would but was hoping for it so just keep that in mind 😭. The beds are very stiff and the pillows are way too soft (only one pillow per bedroom). The toilet and shower are in one room while the sink is out in the open, disconnected from the bathroom. Feels gross having to touch the door knob before washing your hands. No microwave or fridge in the rooms either. To top it all off the bedroom doors lock from the inside. I didn’t know this and got locked out of my bedroom and had to ask the staff to unlock it for me. There is only one outlet in the bedroom that is far from the bed and none in the living room. At least they provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion 😅.
