Excellent staff always helpful and friendly. Endless shopping and foodie options within minutes away. Our room was the queen loft studio which was super spacious and had 1 and 1/2 bathrooms! If you hate traveling with dirty laundry for $6 you can wash and dry your clothes on the pool/roof floor with an attached veranda.

We had an incredible stay. There were 6 of us, and when we arrived, we were told we had been upgraded to a suite - which was like a mini apartment with bedrooms and a kitchen! Staff were phenomenal and so helpful. The hotel is so close to the underground shopping city, 2 metro stops, and so many amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is on a no-cars street, near everything, with a good restaurant on-site and neighboring several others. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was cozy and comfortable. We would stay here again!
