Hotel gets 5 stars from me. Super convenient and staff is friendly and helpful checking in and out. The hot tub and sauna is an amazing feature. We used the metro and the station is right under the hotel so very easy to get around. Very close to the bus stops. No doubt I would stay here again. Close to Saint Catherine's and dining options. The ducks outside were adorable. We did not get the hotel parking as I found a lot nearby that was less as my car was above the height limit for their garage.

Great for family vacation

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Pool and terrace areas are beautiful. Pool gets busy at times. Elevators can be really busy at check out. Location of hotel is amazing. Close to train station, metro station and underground (RESO). Was able to connect to many places without even going outside.

We loved the proximity to a parking garage that fit our Suburban (10 minute walk). It was close enough to be walkable to McGill campus and very close to other parts of downtown near the water where it was lively at night. Very pleased!

This is an amazing place to unwind, in their heated pool and nature surrounding roof top oasis, after a busy day exploring the shops and restaurants around the area! Highly recommended! The room is very clean and updated. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Better for families or large groups.

Good update room and comfy beds and robes provided. But it felt like such an ordeal to get to the parking and no in/out privileges so a pain. Also, if your room is located in certain areas, you need to lug your luggage up and down stairs. Pool area was good but packed. Too impersonal for us but it has its merits.

J’avais pris le déjeuner, $25 par personne, nous étions pas dans le grand restaurant, mise à part dans une petite place chipette, dans la chambre pas de bouteille d’eau! The rooftop pool was an oasis in the middle of downtown. It felt like a resort. The breakfast was worth paying for. The room was updated and clean. About my only complaint was that the pillows were too thick. I would likely return.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool, but it ended up being so crowded that it was impossible to find a chair since checkin is at 4PM and many guests had left towels and blankets on chairs to reserve them, which didn’t feel very fair, and there weren’t quite enough staff around to help manage the area. That said, I really did enjoy my stay overall, and I think having staff keep an eye on the pool and manage that a little better would make the experience even better for future guests.
