Hotel gets 5 stars from me. Super convenient and staff is friendly and helpful checking in and out. The hot tub and sauna is an amazing feature. We used the metro and the station is right under the hotel so very easy to get around. Very close to the bus stops. No doubt I would stay here again. Close to Saint Catherine's and dining options. The ducks outside were adorable. We did not get the hotel parking as I found a lot nearby that was less as my car was above the height limit for their garage.

Very nice hotel- resort like with everything (pool, outdoor gardens, dining,…) on the tenth floor of the building. It feels a little like a secluded oasis. The hotel is pretty busy, but service was good despite the many guests there.

We loved the garden facing room we were given when we requested a quiet room. Our linens were not replaced daily which is fine but after dsy 2 we did have to ask for clean pillowcases. We did not feel comfortabke using the pool and hot tub mainly as on cruise ships people left towrks on lounge chairs all day whether or not they csne back so tgat was a major turn off. Perhaps next time we would come after school has started. All in all a pleasant stay.

Beautiful room, very clean. The only issue was the wifi- there was none despite trying several times. The room was kept clean, stocked well, and the staff was amazing. An outstanding hotel with a gorgeous pool area and dining area. Great food at the restaurant (pasta with burata) wow!

Great for family vacation

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Pool and terrace areas are beautiful. Pool gets busy at times. Elevators can be really busy at check out. Location of hotel is amazing. Close to train station, metro station and underground (RESO). Was able to connect to many places without even going outside.

We loved the proximity to a parking garage that fit our Suburban (10 minute walk). It was close enough to be walkable to McGill campus and very close to other parts of downtown near the water where it was lively at night. Very pleased!
