I’m a repeat customer. The pool could stay open longer and the carpets needs to be replaced.

FYI, they charge a $250 Security Deposit on the room. And the rooms are not in the greatest condition. The fans in the showers do not function in any room from what I was told. The refrigerator had the space of a car glovebox. Mine had an iceberg in the freezer section and was inoperable. The speaker phone did not work on my phone. The TV had connection issues. The carpets in this place are filthy dirty. Most annoying was that the connection to the city parking garage has no hotel priority. So we ended up hiking a long ways to the garage area elevator which includes some stairs and an oven like humidity permeating the parking area. Then, when you get up to ground level, you have to walk another 70-100 feet to the hotel elevator area. And take that to the 10th floor. Then you have to cart your bags to your room which is nowhere near the elevators. I advise to pack light and stay elsewhere! Plus, this hotel was mobbed with kids, siting around the lobby and in the pool all day long. Not sure if they were running a special, but this did not present like a Family hotel. Everything else seemed like a business boutique hotel but it was accommodating mostly families during our stay in late August. I'd not recommend this place as it seemed like it once a more posh hotel at a decent price. But the price for the room and the things I mentioned you could get elsewhere and you didn't even have access to the pool or jacuzzi due to the mass number of people there on a WEDNESDAY!

The phone lines were down for hours and we had a hard time finding the hotel. Eventually after calling multiple times over the course of 4 hours, waiting for 30 minutes and never having anyone pick up the line we booked somewhere else. They wouldn’t refund or stay even though they told us their phone lines were down and didn’t respond to our email until almost 10pm. Horrible customer service.
