Staff was excellent. We stayed in the Presidential Suite- it was a great set up for our family -2nd floor bedroom with 2 murphy beds on the main floor of the apartment. Definitely the best room, and hotel option. However- the chain door lock was broken, the bathroom door had serious abuse showing (like someone had tried to break into it), and the floors were super scratched up. The fake fireplace was lovely to look at, but had no way to turn it off, and it clicked on and off every 15 seconds all night, so people sleeping on that floor had to listen to it. Pool noodles really need updating at the pool!

No complimentary water, food was not very good (this needs some work especially the breakfast). The hotel itself is good but the elevator to the room was not working and I had to struggle with my luggage up the stairs to reception. My room was not cleaned properly and noticed the bed was just straightened. I left garbage (empty cub and tin) on the table and came back at the end of the day and it was the same place. It’s convenient location especially with access to the underground during the winter.

Our room was clean and comfortable, bed and pillows were great! We thought breakfast was made to order but it was a good continental breakfast with great service.(for another $6 I believe you could upgrade to the other breakfast area) pool was warm, restaurant is very good. One downfall would be for elderly or anyone that has trouble walking. The hotel seems a bit spread out

The room was fine, clean and roomy as was the bathroom. The outdoor heated pool was great and the ducks were a treat. The staff was friendly and courteous. I did not rate the breakfast as I did not have any.
