The only problem I had was with the business center. Two out of four computers were working.

Nice Hotel/Excellent Service

The Hilton is located in a perfect location to visit Old Quebec & most must sees. The staff were friendly and the service was prompt. Wonderful place to make memories!

Good location, close to attractions

Pros: Location
Cons: Windows cleaned more frequently
Location: Coffee shops a block away, market and little shops two blocks away, close to Rue St. Jean and the old city
Room was a good size: Queen size bed, couch, desk, tv, minifridge, coffee maker all included. The bathroom was a typical size. Some have complained about the elevator wait time, but I visited during a festival weekend and they were fine. There are 23 floors so a little wait is to be expected. Didn't eat at the hotel restaurants but looked like a good variety although somewhat expensive. However, you will probably spend just as much at certain area restaurants. The hotel is at the top of a hill so you can expect a little workout. Quebec City is hilly in general. Close proximity to Rue St. Jean, Citadel, Battlement Park. Not a far walk to the boardwalk and everything in the old city. Being close to everything allowed us to walk everywhere. Definitely worth paying a little extra than some of the other hotels further away. Taxis are waiting outside if you prefer to take one anywhere. Easy to pull in and drop off your luggage. We used the valet service just because we didn't feel like dealing with parking in the city. There are at least 3 different parking garages within a block of the hotel. Others commented on the windows being dirty and I totally agree. We had a view of the city and there were many streaks! Glad we didn't pay extra for a river view. Not sure how much of it can be seen with other buildings in the way though. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Pros: Location and staff.m
Cons: The pool should remain open later.
Location: Great central location.
The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. When we return to Quebec, we will stay at the Hilton again. The only downfall of this hotel is the heated pool - my kids wanted to swim instead of explore this charming city.

Mountain High

Pros: The room was clean and very comfortable. On the 20th floor had a great view.
Location: The location was O.K. except for having to climb the mountain to get anywhere.
The Hilton is a very nice hotel. I did not know that it was atop a mountain. Had to walk down a considerable distance to get to Old Town and then walk back up the mountain at the end of the day. Very steep and I'm no youngster. Would not be suitable for the elderly or physically challenged.

Great location near old Quebec City.

The hotel was very clean and modern.  There was an outdoor heated pool which we loved although the weather was in the 50's.  The staff very very helpful and pleasant.  Can't wait to go back.

Perfect location for festival Quebec!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, location to everything
We couldn't have asked for a better location. The view from our room was unbelievable. We were initially disappointed with the size of the room, but the view made up for it. Hotel food was very good though we thought the prove for the seafood buffet was a little high at $75. Great staff. Helpful and friendly. We will surely go here again.
