People were lovely. Property is very convenient to old town Quebec. Restaurant service was exceptionally slow both nights. Menu was not as varied as we had hoped. More simple options would have been appreciated. The elevators were almost unbelievably slow, sometimes taking close to 10 minutes to come to our floor.

I think the executive lounge should be improved. It is below expectations compared to other corporate lounges in similar hotels. The ladies at the corporate lounge are very nice but the staff at the reception are like governmental clerks. There are too many good hotels in Quebec City to go back to this one.
