Overall it’s a nice hotel, but the room we stayed in was dated, the bed wasn’t really comfortable (old mattress) and the air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t even put it on while we slept, so the room was hot during the night.

The staff at check-in were friendly and efficient, which helped us settle in quickly. The lobby area is well maintained and gave a good first impression. However, the room itself was below expectations. It wasn't very clean, and the noise from the in-room AC unit made it hard to relax. The facilities are outdated and could really use some renovation. The location was decent but not very convenient for accessing nearby attractions without a car. Overall, an okay stay, but not somewhere I’d rush back to

It was clean but outdated you could also see that our room probably had water damage one of the wall was half patched and the floor was warped. We could also hear the kids running on the top floor room and a dog barking in the next door room.

I liked this hotel during my stay in Quebec City. There’s lots of parking available and the staff were great and friendly. The only complaint I have is the railings were loose in the pool and hot tub. The hot tub had a bit of algae growth on the stones too. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again if I was in Quebec City.

Stated 2 nights here with family. A great hotel, lots of restaurants nearby. Close to the old Quebec. You get a free bus pass if you stay more than 2 nights. Will definitely come back again.

Wow mais prévoir plan B pour manger

TrĂšs grand hĂŽtel et le WOW est vraiment l’espace piscine. Beaucoup d’option pour manger autour de l’hĂŽtel accessible Ă  pied. Nous sommes allĂ©s chercher de la nourriture prĂȘte Ă  manger chez Normandin. Mon gros point nĂ©gatif est le micro-onde. J’avais vĂ©rifiĂ© avec l’hĂŽtel avant notre sĂ©jour pour prĂ©voir les repas. Le micro-onde est minuscule et il y en a qu’un dans le hall d’entrĂ©e. Il est tellement petit que mes plats restaient coincĂ©s Ă  l’intĂ©rieur et c’était tellement long que nous avons mangĂ© nos repas encore gelĂ© ou froid.
