Nice Hotel in Old Quebec City

Hotel was well-located for seeing the old city of Quebec. Room was small but well-appointed and clean. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant Chez Boulay and pret-a-manger Boulay were great! Chez Boulay worth a trip from anywhere in Quebec.

Best beds

Wonderful location, close to lower town, markets as well as old town. We almost missed going to the old port section, the desk advised us not to miss this. It was the best section of town.

Great place to stay

My wife and I visited Quebec City for the first time. Took that leap of faith of reserving a hotel on-line. Hotel Manoir Victoria was fabulous. Our room was very clean. Bathroom slightly small but clean and modern. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was key. We walked all over the old city from our location at the hotel. We would definitely return to this lovely hotel.

Great location!!

Pros: Location was outstanding. It was clean and recently renovated. Housekeeping staff were prompt at making up the room.
This hotel lived up to my expectations. The location was outstanding being able to walk to restaurants and sites. Although there are 26 steps up to the lobby, the steps are carpeted and are not steep. There is an elevator in the parking garage if necessary. The hotel staff were accommodating by carrying our luggage up the steps. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is pricey so go around the corner to a well known crepe restaurant. The room was large and had a seating area for viewing TV.

Great location, exceptional staff

We stayed here for 2 nights. Best location in upper town of old quebec. The valet parked our car right next store for $25 a day and we explored everywhere on foot. Convenient and fun. Nice indoor pool. Would stay here again. Exceptional staff.

Nice Hotel Close to Everything

Pros: Staff and the cleanliness of the room. And, the bathroom had been updated to a very well appointed condition.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Everything was very near and easy to walk to. Park your car upon arrival and get it back when you leave.
Clean pleasant hotel with a wonderful staff. The room was neat and clean and it was serviced promptly each day. I had expected the room to be a bit larger but it certainly was acceptable. The only downside was that when the air conditioner was on, it was very drafty and cold in the draft (which was right at the window where you might want to look out over the old city and the river.). Certainly nothing was worth complaining about. We would return.

Nice hotel, good location, helpful staff.

Pros: Everything.
Location: Close to rue St Jean, where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Close to various sites, Quebec City is very walkable. Close to train station.
Our stay at Hotel Manor Victoria was a very good experience. We stayed in the least expensive, unrenovated room, and although it was a bit old school, it was nice, comfortable, clean. The staff was very helpful, offering maps, restaurant recommendations, etc. Also, I brought two bikes with me on my car for a bike trip we were doing after our stay in the city. I emailed the hotel in advance to be sure we could store the bikes at the hotel. They responded immediately to let me know this was not a problem and when we got there, they put the bikes away for me just like they said they would. The hotel is well located in Old Town/Upper town, very close to many sites, shops and restaurants. Valet parking of the car was easy and fast. When I wanted to take the car out, it came immediately.
