Everything was great, not overly fancy but clean, quiet and easy parking and pet friendly. The only thing for myself is I needed an extra pillow and it was long for me to get through to the front desk, a couple of times I was disconnected. I was persistent and finally succeeded.

The hotel and room was clean. We had a nice big king room with a great view. The restaurant was closed Sundays and Mondays so had to look elsewhere. Breakfast was not included but offered in the restaurant for $22 plus tax. We were disappointed that there was no coffee (only Nespresso) available in the room. However the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

When I first got there, bathroom did not work did not flush.I was put on the same floor as the japanese skating team, and it was sandwiched in between the room where they did massages at all hours.And where they were sharpening the skates at all hours it was quite noisy and not enjoyable

Having carefully selected and booking this hotel for our first stay in Quebec on 30/9/25, we had high hopes for a good experience. But sadly that was not the case. Due to the hotel hosting a convention it seemed the focus for staff was to ensure that all the convention attendees had all their needs met whilst sidelining other guests. The female receptionist on duty that evening was particularly unhelpful and dismissive! However, two male maintenance staff were excellent and were extremely friendly and helpful, which went a long way in redeeming our opinion of customer service. The male receptionist was also professional and respectful. The Bistro on site also excluded non convention guests! In my opinion all guests should be valued and respected!! in an inclusive manner.

The hotel was located in the suburbs of Quebec City, but there was a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away (Route 11). Although the ride takes over 40 minutes, it goes directly to a stop next to the Parliament Building. From there, it’s only a 10-minute walk along a street lined with famous restaurants to Château Frontenac, making it quite convenient. You can also download the bus app, register a credit card, and purchase tickets directly from your smartphone. Breakfast was not a buffet but à la carte, requiring a separate order, so I opted not to include breakfast and instead went to a nearby Tim Hortons (about a 15-minute walk). The room was clean and the bed was perfectly made. Since it’s in the suburbs, the room rate was very reasonable, and overall, I was quite satisfied with the hotel.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful which was appreciated. I stayed with my dog, pet friendly no issues with paying 25$ pet fee. There was an odor in the room that smelled too strongly of cheap air freshener and there were cob or spider webs around the curtains. Disappointing but did the trick for a quick overnight.
