5 Days in Quebec

Perfect location to walk around old town and harbour. Good restaurant in hotel with great service. Breakfast, bar and dinner very good. Easy walk to train station. Room was spacious but a serious lack of wardrobe space. In fact no wardrobe whatsoever! One tiny closet which was too small even to hang shirts in! (See photo!). With a pull down bed it could accommodate 4 people but nowhere to hang any dresses or trousers. Serious design fault which could make it very difficult for a family. We were upgraded to a superior suite, so would expect somewhere to hang clothes! Otherwise it was very good.
Total hanging space in a 4 person room!

Close to pier and lots of dining/shopping. However, the hotel is on the lower part of Quebec so plan on hiking up and down the hill a lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Quiet. Staff responsive to questions. They allowed us to store our luggage early in the day (we arrived from a cruise) before check in.

The hotel was undering taking renovations so it was a lttle disorganised which was not a problem. We had some problems with the TV, (no instructions available to sort out solutions) staff helped to get it going. The only issue we considered a problem was the toilet which was quite small and too low to the floor.
