The staff were friendly and helpful. The room seemed clean, but the cleaner smell was very intense when we got inside, and didn’t really go away. Bed was very hard on the back, so I don’t recommend the beds for anyone with a bad back. There was a hole in the wall you could see outside through beside the air conditioner. Side doors of the building were left unlocked so anyone could get in if they wanted to which seemed very sketchy. The pool and spa area was beautiful though!

Overall it was ok, staff very friendly and quick to check you in. Room was neat, The only thing that was discouraging.. because we were excited to go to the pool, was the no stairs parts. The only one that had one was the nordic one... the pool and spa was also crowdy.. we werent able to get in so we left and came back. Even then it was still full... i waited on the big bed wich is awesome, when finaly i was able to get in.. i swear not more than 5min in that i had to leave cause they close at 10. .. I tought the pool /spa could of been bigger with the large space unused . I would of created a larger or second pool so everyone could enjoy it.. with a stairs to make it more safe. Just a suggestion

Boston Pizza is attatched.. room was small but clean. Beds werent bad..pillows were comfortable but mattress was pretty firm. And bed is a bit low to the ground. Pool area is beautiful...gets busy pretty quickly! Easy check in/check out. Man at the desk was very nice !

I liked the ambiance and premises overall. What made the difference in my rating was that we found several socks (which I'm positive were not ours). One was under the desk and the 2 others were on the window sill. Curtains were closed when we entered the room and we only opened them the second day we were there. We did not spend much time in our room. The bathroom wall could also benefit from a good cleaning.

A young man at the front desk was so unbelievably helpful and made the stress of traveling far more enjoyable. I only wish we could have stayed longer, and we’d gotten his name to give him the credit for exceptional customer service that he deserves

The Hotel is getting old its due for a complete revamp, the pool humidity has rusted out the entire roof structure above the pool , the pool and hot tub were fine and clean , however it was very hard to get to the hot tub had to wait more than an hour because there was so many guests - stayed 3 nights -we had to switch rooms after the first night because the room and air conditioning smelled of mold, so they gave us another room but this time the beds were so hard we could not sleep the entire night because of sore backs , i ended up sleeping in a computer chair half the time. The beds in the first room were old but ok. The beds were clean .We were very happy to come Home. We wont stay there again.

This property is extremely dirty. Hallway carpet is extremely dirty and musty rooms with uncomfortable beds. Staff were unfriendly. First room we got was not cleaned from previous people. Second room toilet works half the time. Pool area is extremely dirty! Overall terrible experience
