Je suis déçu de mon séjour à cet hotel, et je suis déçu d'être déçu. Les lits sont durs, la salle de bain est petite et peu commode. Pas de place de déposer un sac de toilette ni des vêtements propres. Je voulais me r'habiller après ma douche, et ne pas me montrer nu devant devant mon cousin, j'ai du mettre mes vêtements par terrre, sur une serviette... Beaucoup de bruits dans les chambres et dans les corridors. C'est un hotel fréquenté par des équipes pee-wee. Piscine pleine d'enfants et d'ados. Loin d'être un endroit pour se reposer, malheureusement.

A very good value for the price. Everything in the room was brand new. Close to the Université Laval, which is good for me and anyone doing business, giving lecture or visiting. The inside pool atrium is a nice place to relax.

The pictures make the hotel look alot better than in person First our beds were not made properly there was no fitted sheet just a loose top sheet to cover the mattress which would fall off every night and exposed the dirty mattress.. seems like the staff forgot to make the bed or do not know how to… Second we were woken up at 9am to construction in the room next to us with extremely loud drilling and hammering on the wall where our beds were waking our sleeping baby as well Staff were okay not over friendly tho The pool area was very nice I guess to make up for the lack of the rest
