Lorsque les portes divisant la réception des chambres étaient ouvertes pendant les heures du bar, c'était bruyant mais c'est juste des lapses de temps car elles ce referment. Sinon très bien entretenu et c'est très propre! Ça paraît que c'était 4 étoiles lorsque les notations étaient encores en vigueurs.

Booked for 2 nivhts , got in a litle past midnight and they told me they only had this room available for 1 night and would have me move for the second one. No uprgrade option when overbooked. I left a full new botle of lemonchello in the fridge and never heard from them. About to tell them.

Property was lovely, all staff helpful and friendly, onsite restaurant delicious. During our stay in Sept 2025 there was significant construction not just around hotel and street, but throughout Quebec.

The hotel was fine, but our room was not. The bathroom door is a pocket door and not only didn't it shut all of the way, it couldn't lock as the mechanism didn't match. There was so much mold in the bathtub, it looked like a science project, just gross. The night stand drawer could not stay closed, so I tripped on it twice getting out of bed. If this is a 4 star hotel, I'd hate to see what a 3 looks like. The room needs a thorough cleaning. It was very disappointing.

Not enough staff at the front desk. Lack of amenities in the room. ie no cork screw or proper drink glasses.

The hotel rooms were decent. The game room meant for the kids is very neglected. Ping pong machine has many broken pieces, game system doesnt work and just overall not appealing or clean. The onsite restaurant is decent. For the price I expected the food to be better but it wasn't awful.
