Perfect Location

If you are physically able to carry your own bags up stairs by yourself... This is the perfect hotel for you. It is right in the middle of old Quebec walking distance to everything..the room was large and clean. We loved this hotel and would comeback if we traveled to Quebec again. Thanks

The tv unit wasn’t work properly. We had to as for. Kettle which we had 2h later. We couldn’t watch the tv at all even after we told them this need sorting they never did. The room was ok.

Great location and easy checkin. However, the beds are just average and not comfortable. The deal breaker was the lack of hot water for showers. We received a response to our text about the water but that was the limit of help.

Absolutely fantastic! We were braced for a more touristy experience but what we got was a beautiful room in a historic building right in the heart of the historic center that added a sense of genuineness to our visit. Interactions with staff via text messaging was easy, efficient and pleasant. Overall, a very low stress, high satisfaction experience.

Our stay was very disappointing. The property felt old, poorly maintained, and not clean. Service was minimal, with no real front desk support or basic amenities you would expect at this price point. Overall, it did not provide a comfortable or welcoming experience, and I would not recommend it.
