Would Definitely Stay Again

This was our first time visiting Quebec City (and visiting as a family) and we could not have been more impressed. From the minute we arrived, we knew we had found a great place to stay. It suited our little family so nicely, from the pool to the sushi restaurant on site to the huge mall within walking distance across the street, it had everything we needed and more. And I couldn’t leave a review without mentioning John, the kind and friendly gentleman who works the front desk and is always ready with a smile or some help. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The rooms were clean, quiet, and our kids had a blast.

While this property was conveniently located, it definitely needs some upgrades. The room was clean, but the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I asked a housekeeper if I could have another duvet to put over the mattress just to add some comfort. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room itself was very simple, and outdated. The parking garage was too short for our small car with a Thule. We parked behind the hotel, which was fine. There is a mall across the street if that’s what interests you. The staff were great. The hotel itself just needs some serious TLC.

Hotel and room were fine. Easy to get into the city by bus. Poor room cleaning. 1st day we had no servicing of the room. The 2nd day they changed our towels but did nothing else. No cleaning, no emptying bins, no replacing shampoo etc. no bed making…. Nothing!!!

I really enjoyed my short stay at the hotel. I initially got the cheapest available room but on arriving there and taking a shower, I noticed the sink/shower was leaking and the whole bathroom was flooded, the tv also had an issue with casting. After informing the reception about this issue, I was immediately upgraded to a bigger room and I had the most comfortable time. I will definitely be going back!

Beaucoup de bruits dans les corridors jusqu'à 23h30. Le détecteur de fumée s'est mis a sonner sans raison a 3h00 du matin, un employé est venu le décrocher en disant que la maintenance sen occuperait le lendemain, aucunes excuses du personnel. Leau de la piscine etait froide.
