Perfect Location!

Pros: **Location** It was a great experience from the minute we got there to the minute we left. Clean!
Cons: Didn't have any issues
Location: Location is perfect - in a quiet area but minutes walk to everything. The Chateau Frontenac and the Saint Lawrence River are right out the front door
Check-in was very quick and the staff very friendly - spoke French and English easily. The location was perfect - exactly what we were looking for on our anniversary! The Chateau Frontenac and the Saint Lawrence River were right outside our window. Our room was spectacular - more then we would have expected, worth paying extra to get the larger room. We didn't have the breakfast included so can't comment on that but there are so many restaurants/cafes close by it wasn't an issue. We would definitely stay at this hotel again - it is within walking distance to everything and in a fantastic quiet location!!

So close to all Quebec city!

Fantastic place. Friendly staff! Close to everything: Too bad it rained on us. We would have been able to see more of that unique city. Thank you folks!

Very friendly; great rate for area

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent price for the location. Rooms are small, but my wife and I highly recommend to others. Quebec City highly exceeded our fairly high expectations. Great food-everyone friendly.

Perfect for a quick visit to old Quebec City.

Pros: Convenience and very pleasant staff who spoke English and French fluently. The bed and room were excellent. Bathroom facilities were also wonderful.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Near hotel Frontenac on a quiet street. Everything was nearby.
Perfectly situated near everything. Hotel staff had excellent restaurant suggestions. Free coffee was a plus. Valet parking was inexpensive and a real must in the old city. We did not partake of breakfast but it was nice to have it as a fall back. Wine by the glass was available in the comfy sitting area. I would definitely stay there again.

Ideal location in Vieux-Québec

Pros: Old world charm, appropriately fitting for the surroundings, especially after an evening stroll in the moonlight.
Cons: My wife wishes it was located closer to us as we both enjoyed the stay and hospitality, Gemütlichkeit, as the Germans phrase it.
Location: The Lower Town, the Musée de la Civilisation de Québec, the Cathedral, the many restaurants scattered about the Upper town, the Terrasse Dufferin.
We could only guess at the hotel's location when we booked the reservation online but were extremely pleased to find the hotel borders the Parc des Gouverneurs, with the dominant Château Frontenac on the left of this small city square and the Terrasse Dufferin, overlooking the Basse-Ville, on the opposite end of the Parc. It's a short walk to many of the prime sites, shops and restaurants, even for us seniors. The staff is very professional, the rooms charming and clean, valet parking is very efficient, the overall service excellent. There's 24 hr free coffee and juice dispensers in the breakfast/lobby area with a wine dispenser if you wish to purchase a glass of wine. Breakfast is more than adequate and highly recommended.
