Positive - close to the Laval campus. Negative - many. Not clean, odour in room, smoke stains near ceiling, no complimentary anything. 100ml of Coffee is $2

The Hotel is getting old its due for a complete revamp, the pool humidity has rusted out the entire roof structure above the pool , the pool and hot tub were fine and clean , however it was very hard to get to the hot tub had to wait more than an hour because there was so many guests - stayed 3 nights -we had to switch rooms after the first night because the room and air conditioning smelled of mold, so they gave us another room but this time the beds were so hard we could not sleep the entire night because of sore backs , i ended up sleeping in a computer chair half the time. The beds in the first room were old but ok. The beds were clean .We were very happy to come Home. We wont stay there again.

This property is extremely dirty. Hallway carpet is extremely dirty and musty rooms with uncomfortable beds. Staff were unfriendly. First room we got was not cleaned from previous people. Second room toilet works half the time. Pool area is extremely dirty! Overall terrible experience

The property is nice! The rooms were a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The staff were too busy to be really attentive but not their fault. The pool area was amazing but could’ve been a lot cleaner. The same hairball was in the same place for 3 days (yuck).
