Perfect stay

The location was perfect! We walked everywhere and it was so convenient. The building was beautiful, rooms were updated and comfy. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. Parking was close by. The rooftop patio was an added perk. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended.

Efficient hotel in great location

Staff were delightful. Incredibly helpful in every situation- especially with restaurant recommendations. Very quiet and efficient room. Hot tub was relaxing, wine area was great, view from roof gorgeous. Great location.

The hotel was located close to everything in Upper Quebec, and the staff was most helpful in every way. We loved the lounge where we could get fancy complementary coffees all day and night. It is a lovely place to stay while visiting Quebec City.

We were NOT able to leave and store our luggage prior to check in as they said that they were too full of luggage from other tenants. Getting off the cruise ship in the morning on a rainy day and having nowhere to safely store our luggage destroyed our one day in Quebec City. We were allowed to sit in the reception area, but it seemed like they could have easily created space to allow us to leave our luggage while we explored the city.

Fabulous location a block from the Chateau Frontenac facing the river and the boardwalk. The desk staff was wonderful with great suggestions. Room cleaning was lacking. We had 4 rooms and 2 of them never had maid service. My sister had to ask for fresh towrls at the desk.

Amazing stay, highly recommend

5star stay! Check in/out was a breeze. Hotel was charming and easy to find. Location was the best part - walking distance from pretty much everything. Situated right beside chateau frontenac. Room was clean and well equiped. Bed was very comfy - nobody woke up sore. Air conditioning was cold - shower was hot. TV worked. We had no issues. Parking was 22$ per day which i thought reasonable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel gym was decent. We didnt get to take advantage of the roof top terrace or jacuzzi but they looked awesome. Would definitely book again if visiting the area.

Excellent little boutique hotel across from a cute, peaceful park and the Dufferin Terrase boardwalk. Very walkable and central location. Hotel has a hot tub and a relaxing lounge with games, TVs, books, and a complimentary espresso machine. Felt authentic, not touristy. Very clean and facilities in working order. Rooms have wonderful air conditioning. Highly recommend and would stay again!
