Overall it's a great experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa is a great way to relax after a long day of driving or exploring. Only drawback is no free parking included.

Very well located. Close underground parking and convenient to everything in the old city. Nice rooftop lounge area, and the street is quiet. The room is a little small, but the space is well utilized. The staff is young, but very helpful and friendly.

Standout location for exploring Old Quebec

Booked for a long weekend with my sister. The location was the stand out feature without a massive price tag. We walked everywhere and felt like this was the ideal ‘home’ for our stay. Check in/out was seamless, room was perfect for our needs (comfy beds!) and staff were helpful. We were only looking for a cost-effective place to sleep but were impressed with how clean and comfortable it was too. Rooftop terrace view was a nice add on! Highly recommend for anyone seeking a launch pad to exploring Old Quebec.

Quiet but in the heart of everything!

We loved Hotel Manoir Vieux Quebec! The location was perfect - near the Frontenac and all of Old Quebec, but on a quiet street with a view of the river. Great amenities - small workout room, jacuzzi, and especially the rooftop terrace! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with a small kitchenette. Daily breakfast, for an extra charge, was not great but reasonably priced. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back again!

Great location with friendly & helpful staff. We stayed in room 105 and it was big and comfortable. Minor details: the compressor on the mini fridge is very loud when it turns on; the illuminated light switch on the bathroom mirror is incredibly bright at night (and not possible to turn off from what I could tell); the walls are thin and we could hear every conversation happening at the front desk. Obviously, none of those little issues impacted our stay in any significant way. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect for a quiet and calm stay in Québec City. The staff is always friendly and have plenty of suggestions for restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious. I will definitely return here whenever I visit Québec City.

Pros: the hotel is located near Chateau Frontenac; the staff were all amazing, and friendly; breakfast buffet is decently priced; property is clean. Cons: no parking so you have to park somewhere else (although there is parking nearby); we reserved a Queen sized bed, and got a double size.

Me and my friend booked two nights. Had to cancel one night cuz we both got really bad bug bites from the bedsheet on the first night. Loud AC noise - had to put on earphone and turned on noise cancellation for the whole night. No front desk service after 10pm, called the urgent number but there was no reply at all. Great Location, but we will not come back to this hotel again.
