Staff were super friendly! The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Tv was set up for streaming and the shower was amazing. This location, for the winter carnival, was perfect. Lots of dining options within walking distance also. We'll definitely return. Only thing I think the room could have used is a privacy screen for the shower since its open to the main room, something foldable that could be easily set up and put away. We knew this and brought one with us.

Staff is very nice. Cleaning could be improved as our table was not clean even if they came to clean the room. I thought that the lounge provided different liquors but it is only wine. No beer or no other cocktails. Very close to everything. The location is the best thing about this hotel. We were in a room with a murphy bed. It was comfortable enough for one…The shower pressure is not great. The hot tub was nice and empty when we went.

The room, being the small economic room, was quite small but very cozy and clean. The staff was kind and respectful and the breakfast delicious. We wish we had seen more information at booking about rhe jacuzzi present in their spa as we would have definitely brought our swim trunk if we had known haha
