The staff is super friendly and professional, the room 408 was clean, but the headboard was peeling, and pieces of plastic were falling onto the pillow and sticking to your head or face. Very unpleasant. The old mattress is not comfortable after two nights, the pool is nice and the gym is small but is ok.

This was an ideal location from the Gare du Palais (VIA rail). I was able to walk from Gare du Palais to the hotel with a carry-on in 12mins on the main road. A rideshare cost $9 when I returned to the same VIA station the next day. I walked to Vieux-Québec and it was a 20min walk. The hotel was clean, safe, quiet, modern, staff at the front desk spoke French and English, very friendly staff and accommodating. I will book again with the hotel in the future. Thank you!
