Staff were excellent, answered all my questions. The pool amd restaurant were nice. Our room was at the end of the hotel, so hot water tooke awhile to come through the taps. Staff helped resolve this.

Not a problem caused by the hotel but heavy rebuild of main roadway beside hotel made it difficult to access and leave the hotel. Was not mentioned on Google maps or by the hotel website. Would stay there again however, lovely hotel and friendly staff, very up to date even though an older hotel.

Staff was very good. Hotel is family friendly with lots of things for the children to do. Indoor pool, water slides, blow-up’s, video game room, live music on Friday night, jacuzzi, etc.

Great big shower. Pillows were a little hard though - easy to fix. A tiny bit far from the centre of town but very good value. Very friendly front desk staff and also great cleaning room service. Worth staying at!

TBH, the facility is a bit dated, but the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Kids enjoy taking a dip in the pool and run in and out of the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. Overall, a good experience and will recommend to others.
