What a fabulous hotel at the edge of and inside the walls of the old city. The staff were great especially Sue (she spells it differently) and the lady that runs the breakfast. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and attend to our every need. Parking was convenient given that old Quebec is an old walled city. The hotel was a block from the Palais Montcalm – Maison de la musique. We saw a great jazz performance and a classical concert was going on simultaneously. I can't wait to return.

What a wonderful stay we had at Le Manoir d’Auteuil! First of all the staff is amazing- Fara, her sister, Nancy just to name a few. From restaurant recommendations to ordering us a 5 am taxi to the airport to their general friendliness, we can’t say enough nice things about how they made our stay special. We stayed in the Edith Piaf room which had its own private terrace. The breakfast options were delicious, with the frittata being our favorite. The hotel is easily walkable to Old Quebec landmarks. We would love to stay here again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

The stay was just plain fantastic!! The location was perfect and the hotel lived up to that. A great buffet breakfast was included and was just what we needed to start our day. As to the staff they were from top to bottom the best that we have ever seen. We cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough to do it and the fine and kind people there justice. After only two days they felt like old friends and we were sad to leave.

The hotel is lovely with spacious rooms. Only negative is that it does not have an elevator or any accessible options. We had to change our rooms from the 4th floor to the 2nd and had to pay more for the rooms. Someone should have given us this information with the confirmation.

Clean historical hotel, nice location

The hotel is located in the centre of the city so it’s walking distance to old Quebec and really close to Chateau Frontenac. The building is so classy with nice decorations and the rooms are spacious. Free breakfast and coffee/ tea as well. Staffs are really friendly. Highly recommended.

First of all, the location is excellent—close to all the main tourist attractions, on a quiet and pleasant street. We stayed there for three days and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were always very attentive and ready to help. Everything was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the mattress gave us great nights of sleep. I highly recommend including the breakfast option as well—it made for some really enjoyable moments.
