Tres bruyant, le service etait pas bon du tout 1. Notre chambre pas pret en arrivant on a dû attendre. 2. La douche etait brisé on a dû attendre pour faire réparer 3. L eau de la piscine etait beaucoup trop chaude et brouillé et plein de cheveaux 4. On a demandé une oreillé le matin quand nous sommes revenu dans l apres midi toujours rien nous avons dû appeller la reception 3 fois sans aucun résultat mon conjoint a dû aller se plaindre a la reception pour pouvoir avoir une orreilé. 5. Aucunement insonorisé nous nous sommes fait réveiller les 2 matins très tot, bruit de porte on entend les gens comme si ils sont dans la chambre. Tres décu de mon séjour

The pool was great for the kids. The rooms are comfortable, and the blackout blinds are excellent. The restaurant had great service and the food was perfect for the family. The road construction made walking a little tricky to navigate.

The original reviews made this hotel seem great but it’s basically 3 star hotel. The hotel room photos made it seem like the purple speciality room was extravagant but it wasn’t. The beds were uncomfortable, room service took forever. We had asked for towels for the room and never got them. Then had to call the front desk multiple times to remind them to send towels up because we wanted to shower after a day at old Quebec and the intense heat. Mind you we called them in the morning requesting the towels to be there for when we got back. Furthermore our room wasn’t even cleaned nor beds made. Will never be going back to this hotel and will never recommend them to anyone.

A little dated but the service was excellent, the staff are friendly and responsive. The queen size Murphy beds are genius and high quality mattresses. Pool is heated. Great for families with young kids. Skip the gym, but otherwise great stay.

The location of the hotel was great. The hotel itself including the room was ok. The vending machine and the ice machine on my floor was out of order. Went downstairs Sunday morning for breakfeast and the little Cafe was closed, it had a sign recommending the on site restaurant for breakfast. All we wanted to do was bring a small breakfast back up to the room to eat. There was also a very strong chlorine smell both in the lobby and our room.

Heavy construction right in front of the hotel. Morning coffee and or breakfast ridiculously high priced. Hotel is getting old. Needs a refresh especially with the price they charge. Beds were lumpy hard.
