Free parking was available, which was nice. I swear I read somewhere it was 5 minutes from the city, but it is probably more like 10-15 minutes from Old Quebec, depending on where you're going, which is not too bad. We opted for Uber or Lyft to avoid parking in the city. Not really walkable to anything though. The people working at the desk were very friendly and spoke English. The room was lovely and clean. We stayed for 3 nights; however, our room was never cleaned during the day. I am assuming it is a service we must request. If we had stayed longer, we would have had to request towels and toilet paper as we were running low. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room has an adjustable heater/AC unit, and we were able to stay comfortably.

The staff were very friendly. Check in and check out was quick and smooth. The property is very well kept and in good shape. The drive to Old Quebec was less than 12 minutes, making it a super convenient location.
