The staff very friendly although at check in we were not informed of how to find the elevator. We were left walking around trying to find it. Suggest they point to it at end of check in.

Excellent Excellent location (Walk, do not drive!) for Old Quebec City! I recommend the Valet Parking Option for easy access to your car plus includes the option of you car held safe and secure to pick up hours after you check out. Friendly and professional staff. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable and quiet. Really appreciated heating and fan and AC that all worked well. Nice quiet room. Safe area. Plenty of shops and very good restaurants! Wear appropriate Walking footwear and in winter, it can be very slick so consider strapping on ice grippers!

We liked the coziness and the cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to walk anywhere you want to go in Old Quebec. Our room 508 also had a great view. It really is a beautiful old hotel but meticulously maintained and updated!

This hotel is located in the center of old Quebec City. Everything was within blocks of the hotel. We walked out the hotel and down 1 block to a bakery each morning. There is an excellent restaurant in the hotel and we also enjoyed the other restaurants that were within a block. It truly was the best location. We did not use mass transit while we were there but the bus stop was outside the front door. Excellent choice on this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.
