The Concorde Hotel used to be a lovely hotel. Now it is just ok. Room was clean but hallways not. Showing lots of signs of disrepair. F DC pots kicked in and scratched. Towels of poor quality. The views are what makes this hotel. Valets were very helpful and pleasant as was our room attendant. Lots of noise at 2:00am from a bunch of kids. Went on for twenty minutes or so. Front desk clerk this morning did not ask how our stay was.

Room was clean and large Bathroom needs updating.Looks like the 90s Rusty Old tub and sink, but was clean Parking 25.00. Not onsite and was a short walk away which waa no problem for us but may be hard for some. Convenient location and would stay there again if the price was right.

The location was great to restaurants and tour bus the concierge, Dennis, was amazing so helpful and friendly Our room was very dated the closet door and bathroom door were sticky to get open and close

There was ONLY hot water in the room, including the toilet. we complained the day we checked in, and again the next morning. nothing was done. The water was too hot to take a shower. We went to the front desk again on Sunday, mentioned the hot water again and asked to have the room cleaned. We left one day early with nothing being taken care of. would never recommend satying here.
