Really efficient room design, nicely stocked 24 hr kitchen, quiet. Would have been nice to know the walk from the train station is all up hill - they said may guests make the mistake of walking. also didn’t know check in after 7pm was somewhere else. Better communication is needed

The location and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. The only downside is the mattress in the room was not comfortable. It was very thin and did not have great support

Great hotel located in the historic area. Novel rooms (bed pulls down from ceiling) which offer significant work space. Kitchen area well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is small but cozy and clean. The mattress was a bit low, and the first night I had some back pain and didn’t sleep very well. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is not served, but all the ingredients are available at any time of the day. I would suggest adding a few more protein options besides eggs, and perhaps some croissants for the morning. The area is nice, and the hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions.

Possibly the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, limiting the comfort factor The bed which pretty much filled the room, when lowered, was pretty comfortable The best thing about this property was it's location Short walk to all old town attractions Breakfast limited, though a full kitchen is provided if you feel like cooking Public parking was available in an underground lot about 100 yards away (park on level 3 for street access to hotel) Overall, reasonable for a short stay in Quebec City at a good price
