A pleasant stay

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room/hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was some minor building work happening during our stay to improve the reception area but it was not a problem. The hotel is situated about 25 minutes by bus from the old town. As mentioned by previous reviews complimentary bus tickets are available from the hotel on request. The bus stop was within a couple of minutes of the hotel and the buses ran every 10 minutes. Across from the hotel was a good sized shopping mall including a large Walmart and food court. Breakfast was included at the hotel and although basic did include cereals, bagels, fresh/tinned fruit and toast options.

The size and tidiness of the guest room are a plus. The bathroom toilet height is too low, making it difficult to get up. Installing a grab bar helps. The face wash basin is for aesthetic purposes only, as it is not particularly practical.

Very well attended, the front fesk service was outstanding and provided all the information we requested. The rooms were impeccable, bathrooms the same. The blackout blinds were a nice touch for an uninterrupted sleep. I will go back.

The groomer didn’t make our bed ( other area was roughly cleaned )even at 3 pm when we came back from outside but went to tidy up other rooms that customers checked out alrdy ! My husband needed to make our bed instead ! Very very poor service that I ever had

Good place to stay over. They got a really cute interior common place that brings you instantly to Europe. Parking is included and free of charge. Clean room. However, they do not have microwave in room. Will have to travel downstairs to heat up food. Breakfast included. Staffs are nice and greet you with smile. If not fluent in French, Staff communicates in English. Overall, satisfied with the stay!
