Great location Our radio did not work and did have to get coffee at front desk as it was not always left for us. However the beds were amazingly comfortable with crisp sheets and bathroom towels changed every day

The location was excellent — very central and close to the mall, supermarkets, and restaurants. The service was okay, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing. For both days, they only offered bread (bagels and sliced bread), no eggs, no protein, no bacon, or anything more appealing. I don’t eat bread, and I noticed that other guests were also leaving after seeing the limited options. It would be great if they could add more variety to the breakfast menu. I stayed at another, slightly cheaper hotel before this one, and their breakfast had eggs, potatoes, and meat — a big difference, especially considering this hotel is more expensive.

Room was great, staff was great, I have no complaints other than the breakfast was SIGNIFICANTLY lacking. Just bagels, cereal and fruit. Would have appreciated some protein, even cooked liquid eggs from a carton would have been ok. My only disappointment

I would not stay here again. Booked many weeks ago but was put in room 204 right across from lobby. Noice all day and all night long plus the ice maker and vending machines are right outside the door. This room should really not be used due to the noise. Hotel currently being remodeled which is also not helpful.

Check-in process had some unnecessary procedures, like asking the second adult for the second room to come and sign/show ID (Usually other hotels don't do that as the principal guest is sufficient) Also, breakfast was very basic. No meat item whatsoever. They do not have a water cooler anywhere and were asked to drink from tap water. The AC/Heater doesn't have a control panel in it, but across the other side of the room, which we couldn't locate until the next day. The great thing we appreciated was that the front desk did manage to give us some one-time plates and forks to eat our dinner, as Uber Eats forgot to bring them. The extra star is for that.

The hotel is conveniently located on a major bus route and free bus passes were provided. It was easy to get to downtown Quebec City. There are several nice restaurants in walking distance and a shopping centre close by. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and the continental breakfast was nice - great coffee!!

The accessible washroom did not have a safety mat for the tub and we were advised - not available.The room was dark and it was very difficult to see in the closets and to use the coffee maker in the morning. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were exhausted. The whole building due for a face-lift.

Breakfast offering and location were awful. They are under construction/remodeling the breakfast area. Breakfast offerings included juice, 3 cold cereals, 3 canned fruit choices and 3 fresh fruits. Bagels and bread plus cream cheese and jam. All paper or plastic. Utensils and cups and plates. Tiny space that was crowded and website did NOT mention the construction. Worst breakfast offerings I have seen in a while ..,
