It’s a very clean hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. However , it’s a little outdated . Coffee machine in the room didn’t work , bedroom light didn’t work . Upgrade to charging stations for electronics would be nice. Smell of chlorine from the pool was a bit much to tolerate. The breakfast was just ok and overpriced for quality and variety. However, with all of this said, I may still rebook because of the incredible proximity to everything!

Our stay was very nice and we’ll definitely book again when we are in Quebec City. The only negative was our dinner at the restaurant Beffroi. Service was slow waited 15mins for A beer and a Pepsi. Our steaks were perfect but the vegetables were cold and the baked potatoes were hard as a rock.

Toilet floor was very dirty and requested cleaning and it was not done. At reception, one of the staff was rude at check in as a debit card was used and had to insist on getting the receipt as she refused to provide one. Normally a $100 hold back for a credit card but this hotel reception decided to take $300 deposit for the debit card and it took about 20 minutes to figure this out at checkout. It is an older facility and it shows. A fantastic location but otherwise not worth the price paid for the actual room.

Hotel is dated, parking is hard to find, hotel should provide an instruction about parking to the hotel instead of sending messages about buying trips in the area. On the other hand, the inside balcony overlooking the pool and live music is a plus.
