Great hotel in a great location. Huge rooms! Great pool area for families with kids. Our room was 320 and it was excellent! Big room with great views. The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. We found some empty coffee cups under our bed. Also there is no tea anywhere in the hotel for tea drinkers. No tea in the room or in the lobby. That is my only complaint. Everything else was great.

Really enjoyed having the balcony looking out to pool. We sat and had wine when we got back, a great way to relax. regular coffee in the rooms would have been nice. It was more like a creamed latte.

Nice room, mini suite with very comfortable bed. All rooms around a centre court with pool, hot tub and stage for entertainment. Hotel is 25 years old but feels and looks a lot older, in need of a serious Reno to modernize it. Good location right on the edge of old Quebec. Hilton and Marriott right up the street if you want more modern for more $$.
