The room was terrific. Very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything shiny and clean. The front desk staff were nice but not overly helpful. We were double charged for our room, had no idea where a grocery store was, said we could get a late check out on the day of departure and then made it seems like a huge deal when asked, couldn't order us a taxi either so we downloaded an app to be told by the valet while standing and waiting that it is literally their job to help us. Maybe staff need more training?

This hotel was beautiful, especially the bathroom with heated floors was a very nice touch! The staff was incredibly kind when checking in, and valet parking was easy. The location was the best part, so close to everything.

Would have appreciated a Nespresso machine like other establishments of the same standard have as the Keurig isn’t really usually friendly as far as the tiny reservoir of 1 cup at the time is concerned.

What a fantastic hotel/restaurant within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the most famous hotel in Quebec! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the restaurant served scrumptious food and walking around the area was easy breezy and I have a broken ankle! The price for two nights was almost a steal. Comfortable and safe this property is very very very highly recommended!!!! I would stay here again.
