We had booked a superior room with a kitchenette but were given a classic double room. We did not get what we paid for. We had mentioned that we were coming with a pet. This was totally not appreciated plus there was no refund or way to make it up for that. Apart from that the staff receiving me at check in was really not even interested in helping The breakfast was great and the other staff were good. The mattress and pillows were the highlight of the stay and promoted great sleep. The TV had no way to link phones to use Netflix or other internet based streaming platforms.

The one bedroom suite was amazing! Staff was very friendly at the front desk, the breakfast was pretty good also! The croissants were amazing, just like in France. There was a super sweet Ukrainian lady working the breakfast, she asked if I wanted espresso when there was none. The only problem that I encountered during the stay is when I came down with my wife with a bottle of wine to enjoy by the fireplace, I was told that I’m not allowed to have it. I have never seen that happen in a hotel before. When you pay for a room, it automatically becomes your house.! I ended up buying wine from the bar.
Being from California, the snow was a huge plus!

Room was at the back of the hotel. There is an exit, but after 11 pm it’s locked (even with access card), so you have to go all the way around the building to the main entrance - very inconvenient. Our toilet was broken and ran all night. We’ve been there a few times and like it there, but this time our experience was less than enjoyable.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful at checking and with a couple of other requests. Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Included breakfast is amazing. The food in the lounge is also excellent.
