Hotel was clean, staff was fantastic. My kids loved the pool! However, there is absolutely no sound proofing in the rooms. You can hear people walk down the hall, get ice from the machine, and full conversations are discernible through the adjoining door. We were awoken the first day at the crack of dawn by a screaming toddler in the room beside ours. That night, after the family with a loud parent and two screaming children checked out we were again awoken by a couple fighting in the room next to ours. I do not recommend these rooms for top secret spy work or loud karaoke sessions with your partner. Also house keeping didn’t come, we had to ask for more essentials like toilet paper, despite staying 3 nights.

Upon arrival I found use razors in bathroom and some light cleaning that needed to be done. Drink vending machine was broken and nothing to drink but alcohol really. Was unable to watch anything that isn't news. No internet access on tv. Can only watch your phone a tiny screen. Nothing really for adults unless you gamble and drink alcohols. We usually do stay cations as I am a parent of special needs children. Sometimes adults want to get a room and chill with less responsibility.

The hotel room itself was very nice and newly renovated with comfortable bed and sheets. BUT the shuttle service was terrible. Arrived at airport at 11:10pm and hotel advised the shuttle would be there at 11:45. At 12:30am and 4 phone calls later, still not shuttle and we ended up taking an Uber. When we checked in and requested shuttle to take us back the next morning, we were told the shuttle was all full and not able to return us to the airport the next morning. So another Uber cost! Unreliable shuttle service.

The room was really cold with no extra blankets. We had to turn the heat up to 76 just to get warm. The shower is open and drafty and the bathroom door is a barn door style that offers very little noise buffering. We didn't realize until the morning that our door didn't close properly and was open the entire night. Very close to the airport and way better price than anywhere else close by.

Friendly staff (front desk and shuttle drivers). Close to airport. Shuttle for me worked well (book in advance). Room cozy, had a fridge, & microwave, which was nice. I did not get to see/use pool or gym as it was a late arrival and early departure. Only note is there is no convenient stores, restaurants or anything close by. They have a vending machine for snacks/drinks but if you arrive late like I did that’s all you got. Would stay again!
