The hotel actually exceeded my expectation. Clean and updated. Appliances in the room included fridge and microwave which you don’t readily have in 4-5 stars hotels these days. I gave 4 stars in cleanliness because the cleaners should be supervised as there were traces of hair not cleaned out. Other than that I got more for the price. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff was super nice and the waterslide made our stay so fun! It was no less than 75 in the room so that was horrible. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the system but even changing rooms didn’t make the temperature go down. The staff were so nice and got us a fan, but because it was so hot I don’t think I would stay again. I hate that because the slide is awesome!

We checked into the hotel around 7:30 pm parking was atrocious and hard to find but we finally found a spot. After driving 7.5 hours we were ready to get ourselves and our belongings into the room. The staff member at the check in counter was unpleasant but the interaction was short. We were handed the key card and headed to our room only to walk in and be DISGUSTED!! We originally thought they had placed us in an occupied room but shortly realized it had been a room that was not cleaned after the last person checked out . Used towels on the floor garbage bags full of trash , unmade slept in beds with dirty sheets, trash and half full coffee cups on the counter. I get mistakes happen but I was extremely disappointed and turned off from this hotel after walking in that room seeing as we check in late in the evening there was more then enough time for house keeping to tend to the room before we checked in. We then made our way back to the lobby where the desk attendant seemed slightly more pleasant and apologetic, which I do appreciate they assigned us a new room right next to the other one which was clean and upkeep but I still couldn’t shake the feeling and was constantly checking in the room to make sure I wasn’t sleeping on dirty sheets or anything of the sort. The hotel would’ve had a better reading if I didn’t walk into that madness, but maybe a three star. walls are thin and you can definitely hear your neighbours in the other room and people in the hallway
