Just a little inconvenience, 2 out I’m my 4 day stay, I had to request room cleaning. The first time my coffee station was not replenished. The second time I came back from touring at around 4 pm and it had not been cleaned. I sat in the lobby for 39 minutes to wait for the cleaning staff to complete.

Veronique at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Our one minor complaint was that we heard light tapping on the wall behind us late on Friday night which kept my wife up for a while. Aside from this minor annoyance, the hotel and rooms were very clean, the breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for getting around downtown Montreal.

We requested joined rooms for my family, but when we arrived, they didn’t have it available or gave the rooms away. If we had known, we would’ve booked another place. Unfortunately the AC was also not working in one of the rooms we ended up in so we got separated further on different floors. Otherwise, it was a great location and clean hotel. Staff was good.
