The room was very clean, and the hotel is located in 4 historic buildings. I would personally prefer a more traditional interior style, but so be it. The brasserie, 701, is in a beautiful, original room with high ceilings and original plaster mouldings. The food is quite good and basic French—steak frites, etc. The hotel’s location is perfect.

The beauty of my stay was due to the magnificent staff at the hotel. What a great group you have. The staff at reception were among the best ever (and I travel else for a living so I know excellence when I see it)!The young men at the entrance were charming and efficient. My room attendant was efficient and always ready to give me an extra Nespresso voluto and tiny chocolate square. The Kyo restaurant was my mainstay after a long day touring; Both food and staff were tops. I hope to be back next year for the Rogers Cup!
