My favorite oasis in the heart of old Montreal

Second time staying here. It’s my favorite hotel in Montreal. Right in the heart of the historic old town. The lobby doesn’t look like anything special but don’t let that fool you because the rooms are huge and magnificent. Had a small issue with something in my room and Nicolas at the front desk was so helpful. Nicolas also went after his shift was over to make sure my electric car was plugged in because I forgot to tell the valet to do it. Will definitely stay here again

This properties staff , location and amenities are simply outstanding. The Spa should be considered one of the top flight destinations in the old port area. We will continue to use the property as our number choice when staying in old Montreal.

Location was amazing, staff were amazing. We went out a few times in the evening and found our towels replaced and chocolate in the room, even in the evening. Steps away to all restaurants and activities in old Montreal. Room was absolutely beautiful and we’ll stay anytime. We are in Montreal. Highly recommend.

The hotel had old charm in a great location. We o let got 1 towel and had to ask for more. We left for dinner and when we came back it was obvious someone had been in our room without letting us know as the shades were all closed. It was uncomfortable to know that they just enter your room. I also paid for VIP but received no such services.

Great location steps from the Notre Dame cathedral. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. We also took advantage of the spa attached to the hotel and had a very nice massage. We’d happily stay here again for when we return to Montreal!

Unfortunately I had high hopes for this place but was immediately disappointed. Plug in in bathroom didn’t work, mini fridge didn’t work, shower didn’t drain, extremely loud with night club across the street. Would not stay again.
