This hotel is located in a very central location, and they have on site parking available, however, be prepared for minimal working elevators during peak morning hours. It’s faster to take the stairs down and out - especially if you have breakfast reservations. Also, our room didn’t have a working hotel telephone (which was necessary as we needed to ask for body wash - which was empty upon our arrival), and despite asking for them to fix it, it never was in our 3-night stay. Consider carefully before booking here.

Our experience was much more than we could've expected. Staff was excellent, location is in the heart of everything. Below the hotel is a mall with a huge food court. My family experience was beyond our expectations. Highly recommend staying at Doubletree by Hilton Montreal.

The room at Double Tree was outstanding. It was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel was centrally located with Christmas Markets across the street. The staff was friendly, stopping to chat and see to our needs. We felt pampered in every way.

Hotel is located in excellent location across from Palace de Arts - lots of events. Also connected to large mall, metro and underground city. Staff was super friendly and breakfast buffet had a blend of American and European breakfast. Delicious!

Pros: location, staff, hot cookies, comfortable bed, view. Cons: room(Bathroom ceiling peeling and cracked) parking($12 weekdays, $17 weekends flat rate EVERY TIME you leave the parking garage) and on Saturday night there was a hockey game and ended up the parking garage was full and there is absolutely no street parking near the hotel.
