Staff was nice. The room hadn’t been cleaned well when we got there, saw hairs on the bathroom floor, some left over things from a previous guest and the sink in the kitchen kept backing up for no reason. If you plan on staying in a family suite make sure you get a room with a stove, microwave was tiny.

On s entend que ce n est pas un hÎtel luxueux, et qui manque un peu d Amour... Basé sur cette constatation, les petits déjeuners sont corrects et assez variés, les chambres trÚs propres, le personnel hyper à l écoute, sympathique et dévoué, et que dire de l emplacement qui est parfait, prÚs de tout! Quartier chinois, Place des Arts, Quartier des spectacles, Complexe Desjardins, des théùtres, et beaucoup d excellents restos. Nous avions deux réservations dont une suite avec 2 chambres fermées, et il y avait un grand frigo dans chaque chambre, ce qui est assez rare. Bref, si vous ne recherchez pas un endroit luxueux, c est un gros GO!!!

We came from a 5 hrs drive. We expected the room would be ready. The body wash bottle was empty, the toilet when you flush water spits out. (Imagine doing number 2). No Housekeeping everyday. Other than that reception and kitchen staff were excellent.
