Suite 207 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, condo-style suite that features an open concept layout with contemporary furnishings and décor. This suite has a large living room with floor to ceiling windows that fill the suite with natural light. The patio is the located off the living room and is furnished with modern outdoor furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private ensuite with heated floors and an enclosed glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is adjacent to the three piece bathroom and in-suite washer/dryer. Each bedroom features an organic cotton mattress and hotel inspired linens. Both bathrooms have complimentary eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and have a hair dryer and white cotton towels for guests to use. The kitchen has a designated dining area with a table and chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped with standard sized appliances, microwave, toaster, a Keurig coffee machine, cookware, utensils, plates and glassware to ensure guests feel at home during their stay.

There is a marina on-site if you wish to launch your own boats or kayaks - please contact the marina directly for launch fees and info.
This is a quiet garden community with no transit. Guests will need a vehicle to get to the area and nearby beaches are best accessed by vehicle or bike as they are not walking distance from the residences. Boat and Marina access can be booked separately out front through Fairwinds Marina for guests wanting to arrive by their own boats.
