Worst communication ever. Showed up to the hotel just to find out the hotel was closed. Had to call travelocity on the streets with my luggage and it took me 3 hours to recitfy the situation. Extremely dissapointed. Ops manager sends an email 4 days after i was supposed to check in to apologize. Complete joke.

Staffs were friendly and courteous. My only complaint is I requested a fridge, after 4 hours, it didn’t happened. I brought up the request to another front desk staff. Nothing happened during the whole entire stay. No message, no follow ups from the hotel.
